Well for me, it's first the looks for me before the attitude. The attitude keeps me deciding if we will strike anything. It's the most important part as without it the attraction dies

Hmm in other words,the apperance is the first thing that gets you attracted then the attitude of the person keeps it going..

Exactly. So at the end it's all about the behavior and attitude of the person. I believe that's be the major sustainer.
