Learning to say "no" is an act of growth and self-esteem: it means recognizing your limits. I started saying no at 40, perhaps a little late. You've written an excellent post on a very important topic. With this post, you clearly convey the transition from an attitude of complacency to one of inner balance. !ALIVE

I don't think there's such a thing as "late" here. Each person has their own "awakening" moment.
