Must say, you post above is rich in quality. I agree with what you said, given you have such a hughe responsibility, you must use it wisely. 100% upvotes are a good thing but it's better to keep them low and distribute them to more people who are equally deserving.

Just remember, this is how I feel about things. It's in no way a directive for other people to follow. I see that sometimes people will give a huge vote for what I feel is minor work. I don't say anything unless the pattern constantly repeats. People look at that kind of stuff.
