The Christmas and our kids

in Proof of Brainlast year

we are already on a December break for approximately twenty-three days out of the classroom. The happy boys go to their homes, waiting for the Christmas holidays, the arrival of the Child Jesus, the gifts, putting on new clothes and shoes, going to bed late, playing in the street and visiting relatives. They are days of music, joy and rich food to the extent that God provides. The schoolchildren, in the last five days of school, were euphoric, they did not want to work, they only wanted to play, and we teachers know it, it is the "I want to stay at home" syndrome. We feel the same way!

For them it's school holidays, for us a bit more work but from home, because apart from organizing at home for Christmas, we have to bring completed newsletters, projects and so on in January. Well it is always like that, but we do not detach ourselves from the notebook and the pen. But like good teachers, we know how to organize ourselves, there is always time to share and enjoy with friends, family, at home or outside of it. Every year the planning is more extensive and more now that the face-to-face modality has returned. Thank God we're back!

Christmas will leave my children for January, a lot to write, share and remember, just like me. I'll read your Christmas messages or your voice messages on my cell phone, wishing me the best. Christmas although the days go by quickly, we work a lot at home, we don't want it to go away. It's sleeping a little longer or going to bed at any time of the night. It is not having the clock on the dresser to see the time and not be late for school. It's walking in shorts, in alohas and not being aware of lunch time. For me it is part of this, it is a break from many things, within the same job. But at home, with my family, with hope and good wishes for everyone!
