Some days will always be harder than others. Be patient with yourself; you have won many battles but the war will take time. You can be seventeen or seventy-eight and still make mistakes. Try not to punish yourself too much over them.

You will compare yourself to others, everyone does it, but try to remember someone compares themselves to you, too. Be kinder to the thoughts in your head; you are thinking them for a reason. There will always be that person who you gave your whole heart to and it still wasn't enough for them. But you will always be enough for yourself. And when all's said and done, that's the person who lives your life. That's the person you have to impress.
Be a friend to yourself, not an enemy.

To whom it may concern, make sure you celebrate your small victories, for they are the building blocks of bigger change. Embrace your imperfections they are what make you uniquely you. When life feels overwhelming, take a deep breath and remind yourself that growth often comes from the toughest moments. Trust in your resilience; it’s stronger than you think.

Remember, it's okay to rest and recharge. Sometimes, doing nothing is the best thing you can do for your mental health. Keep moving forward, even if it's just a tiny step each day. Your journey is yours alone, and every experience adds to your story. Be gentle with yourself along the way, you deserve that kindness , trust me!
