I actually think justice is a physical aspect of our universe, an objectively real feature of reality. An aspect of the trend you discuss is that justice is rendered subjective, the consequences of our actions are transformed into things we can choose, rather than organic and inherent to reality. These seem to be deliberately deceptive, and I also react inherently in opposition to such deception.
