You have to take into account that this account follows a trail, so most of the authors and the time they vote, it's because the user of that trail voted, and not specifically the admin itself

I see , this is news to me .
But it shouldn't change anything , if he follows a trial it just means he trusts the other person to vote on behalf of him . So everything right from vote distribution to voting power utilization remains the same .
