Age is just a number,you wouldn't be surprised seeing a small boy wiser and more matured than a 70 years old man, it's shocking right?? well yes it's just the truth, maturity isn't by your age.
Most people take maturity to be age whereas it isn't that way,been mature is accepting the responsibilities you have and how you handle situations yourself,most people can't handle situations theirselves they look for others help all the time without thinking of a way to handle situations and prove maturity.
Most people get matured quickly due to the environment they live in and the person they surround themselves with,you can't expect someone living in an environment where no one isn't matured to take care of theirselves or responsibilities alone and now expect such person to become mature,the only way he can be matured is taking full responsibility of himself and how he/she handles situations.
If I may say this not all old people are matured enough to give advice to the young ones if they are experienced, experience also plays a vital role in maturity, people who don't have experience of things won't be able to do certain things they want to do and can't handle situations that arises since they've not been experienced.
