Good target mate and this is a good idea , apart from Stalin for the development of the community,we should also consider ourselves too,we should grow with the community,that is the key to life.
Love your neighbours as yourself and not love your neighbours more than yourself ,it takes adequate common sense to understand my point of reasoning on this issue
