If you've been a part of the Proof o Brain project since its inception, you've probably noticed that earning a lot of POBs for just a single post is something that doesn't happen so easily anymore. Although the rewards, and token appreciation are no longer the same as a few months ago, I particularly have nothing to complain about, because I'm very satisfied with everything I've managed to earn during that time.
Over the last few years I've seen my POB POWER increase considerably, and I've seen the number of comments and interactions on my posts increase exponentially. So, an earnings perspective (besides the financial aspect... which is important, but it's not just about that) has brought me great results. Every day I'm earning something and that's very exciting.
POBs in numbers are a great motivation to stay here (after all, who isn't here for that too, right?). Whether they are few or many, growth has been extremely positive and has the potential to become much better in the coming months. This project can still grow with many other perspectives and bring us big surprises (going beyond the token itself as a driving force).
I think one of the most important things here is to understand that the gains are daily and that they are a reflection of your constant effort. There is no need to make comparisons about who earns more or less, and although this is an agenda that needs to be discussed a few times (because overvalued posts are not always good posts), the main focus should always be on your own growth as a user.
Si has sido parte del proyecto Proof o Brain desde sus inicios, probablemente hayas notado que ganar muchos POB por una sola publicación es algo que ya no sucede tan fácilmente. Aunque las recompensas, y la apreciación del token ya no son las mismas que hace unos meses, particularmente no tengo nada de qué quejarme, porque estoy muy satisfecho con todo lo que he logrado ganar durante ese tiempo.
En los últimos años, he visto aumentar considerablemente mi POB POWER y he visto que la cantidad de comentarios e interacciones en mis publicaciones aumenta exponencialmente. Entonces, una perspectiva de ganancias (además del aspecto financiero... que es importante, pero no se trata solo de eso) me ha traído grandes resultados. Todos los días gano algo y eso es muy emocionante.
Los POB en números son una gran motivación para quedarse aquí (después de todo, ¿quién no está aquí para eso también, verdad?). Ya sean pocos o muchos, el crecimiento ha sido extremadamente positivo y tiene el potencial de mejorar mucho en los próximos meses. Este proyecto aún puede crecer con muchas otras perspectivas y traernos grandes sorpresas (yendo más allá de la propia ficha como motor).
Creo que una de las cosas más importantes aquí es entender que las ganancias son diarias y que son un reflejo de tu esfuerzo constante. No es necesario hacer comparaciones sobre quién gana más o menos, y aunque esta es una agenda que debe discutirse varias veces (porque las publicaciones sobrevaloradas no siempre son buenas), el enfoque principal siempre debe estar en su propio crecimiento como un usuario.

Embora as recompensas, e à valorização do token não sejam mais os mesmos de alguns meses atrás, eu particularmente não tenho do que reclamar, porque eu estou muito satisfeito com tudo o que eu já consegui ganhar durante esse tempo.
Ao longo desses mais recentes eu tenho visto o meu POB POWER aumentar consideravelmente, e tenho visto os números de comentários e interações nos meus posts aumentarem exponencialmente. Então, uma perspectiva de ganhos (além do aspecto financeiro... que é importante, mas não é apenas sobre isso) tem me trazido ótimos resultados. Todos os dias eu estou ganhando alguma coisa e isso é muito instigante.
POBs em números são uma ótima motivação para continuar aqui (afinal, quem também não está aqui por isso, não é mesmo?). Sejam eles poucos ou muitos, o crescimento tem sido extremamente positivo e com um potencial para se tornar algo muito melhor nos próximos meses. Esse projeto ainda pode crescer com muitas outras perspectivas e nos trazer grandes surpresas (indo além do token em si como força motora).
Eu acho que uma das coisas mais importantes aqui é entender que os ganhos são diários e que eles são o reflexo do seu esforço constante. Não é preciso fazer comparações sobre quem ganha mais ou menos, e embora essa seja uma pauta que precise ser discutida algumas vezes (porque posts supervalorizados nem sempre são bons posts), o foco principal deve ser sempre nos seus próprios crescimentos como usuário.
My efforts here are definitely in the form of "a little bit here and there," but I try to interact and curate a bit every day. Eventually, I hope it will add up to something!

I quite agree with this your submission even though I just got here few weeks ago, however what i have noticed so far is that #POB is still very interesting and has a strong potentials to offer a lot more to the investors and miners here.

Yeah there's no need to complain. They're a lot of other ways to earn more tokens and one way or the other it keeps coming in as long as you work really had. In the long run, apart from impacting your immediate community, you'll have a lot of fun and at the same time you'll earn!!!..
