What would a project be if it weren't for its creators, and for the other people who keep it alive with everything it needs? The answer is kind of obvious, but in the midst of so much obviousness, it is necessary to pay attention to details that do not become a priority for its growth and in the case of the POB community, I still feel a lot of lack of support (in a broader sense ) from the whales to the community as a whole. More power for people.
Delegations, fixed competitions, collective projects and even partnerships with projects from other second tier communities are just some of the great examples I can think of right now as I'm writing this post. In terms of token distribution (through upvotes) there is still a considerable difference between who is at the top of the community and being better "wet" by the "rain" of pobs compared to those who are experiencing periods of scarcity.
At times I see that this community works like a big umbrella, which protects users on a very sunny day... However, on rainy days (more pobs), this umbrella is not closed and the few users who get the opportunities to wet themselves more intensely, it is disproportionate to those who stay further away. Basically, I believe that the distribution of tokens should be more balanced (especially by the whales) and even more democratic.
The old dilemma of who to vote for, when to vote and what the weight of the vote is is something that will always be personal... However, the direction of this community (in other aspects as well) needs to be better balanced to provide a sense of equality (although this does not exist 100% because it all depends on the quality of the posts and other factors as well) to the group that is part of this project and that help keep it going. Too much concentrated power shoots at a "wrong target".

La respuesta es algo obvia, pero en medio de tanta obviedad, es necesario prestar atención a detalles que no se convierten en una prioridad para su crecimiento y en el caso de la comunidad POB, todavía siento mucha falta de apoyo (en un sentido más amplio) de las ballenas a la comunidad en su conjunto. Más poder para las personas.
Delegaciones, concursos fijos, proyectos colectivos e incluso asociaciones con proyectos de otras comunidades de segundo nivel son solo algunos de los grandes ejemplos en los que puedo pensar en este momento mientras escribo este artículo. En términos de distribución de tokens (a través de upvotes), todavía hay una diferencia considerable entre quién está en la cima de la comunidad y está mejor "mojado" por la "lluvia" de pobs en comparación con aquellos que están experimentando períodos de escasez.
Por momentos veo que esta comunidad funciona como un gran paraguas, que protege a los usuarios en un día muy soleado... Pero en días de lluvia (más pobs), este paraguas no se cierra y los pocos usuarios que tienen la oportunidad de regar con más intensidad, es desproporcionado a los que se quedan más lejos. Básicamente, creo que la distribución de tokens debería ser más equilibrada (especialmente por parte de las ballenas) e incluso más democrática.
El viejo dilema de por quién votar, cuándo votar y cuál es el peso del voto es algo que siempre será personal... Sin embargo, la dirección de esta comunidad (también en otros aspectos) debe estar mejor equilibrada para dar una sensación de igualdad (aunque esto no existe al 100% porque todo depende de la calidad de las publicaciones y de otros factores también) al grupo que forma parte de este proyecto y que ayuden a que siga funcionando. Demasiado poder concentrado dispara a un "objetivo equivocado".

Porém, os rumos dessa comunidade (em outros aspectos também), precisam ser mais bem dosados para oferecer uma sensação de igualdade (ainda que isso não exista 100% porque tudo depende da qualidade dos posts e também de outros fatores) ao grupo que faz parte desse projeto e que ajudam a mantê-lo de pé. Now the question begging to be asked is, "At what point is there 'enough' equality and who makes that decision?" For many of the whales, they have not just earned POB through curation and posts, they have earned it through buying it from their earnings elsewhere. I know that I am near the top 100 on the rich list...this has come from earnings from what I have to assume are great posts. I am active in the community and often click on the "new" to see the latest posts (how I found yours). I often read new posts by people I've never heard of and give them votes that will result in financial benefit for them. I do this for fun, not to balance the POB. There are several within POB that post, earn, then sell. Then they do it again. I also have no problem with them doing that, I just hope there are more buying into POB than selling. Those that are whales have been buying. You can thank them for keeping the price/value up. Everyone is sacrificing something. The first posts I made didn't make much. It took a lot of interaction to get name recognition...
I guess this is the one million dollar question for the POB community. We still have a lot of things to learn, but we are making our own way.
