Of course the negativity needs attention,addressing and solutions but it's so easy to get mixed up in the drama and to lose sight of all the goodness happening!
That was the main reason why I wanted to write this post, @ashleykalila. The good side always has to get more space, but the bad side can't be left out either (whenever necessary, it has to be discussed as best as possible).
