I tried to picture you reading with boxes on your head..my brain will literally cry out. I don't know how making a bad habit difficult can help increase productivity. Perhaps the bad habit is binge eating. How do you make that difficult? Add more food?
Again, you talked about distraction. What if the distraction is my mind. I have a mind that likes to wander off especially when I need it to be very still. How do you presume I can solve this problem?
