When it comes to investments of any kind-- precious metals, precious gems, stocks. crypto, etc.-- the time to buy is always now. We never know the direction the prices will take, but it is 100% certain that we get 0% returns if we don't invest.
It is the same with what you said. No matter how old any of us are in life, it is never too late to start things we need to start or things we want to start. From there, we can make up for lost time, or at the very least we can improve ourselves over time. What matters is the we begin now.
