FungiFriday - Fairy Inkcap (Coprinellus disseminatus)

in FungiFriday2 years ago

Hello Everyone..

This is my contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw

Meet again with Friday, the day many mushroom lovers and hunters have been waiting for, myself included. And hopefully today and so on we are all always in good health and all our affairs are smoothed out.

And in this week's issue of #FungiFriday I have something that looks soft. Not a sponge cake but it is a species mushroom. Yes, each type of mushroom certainly has a different pattern and color variation.

I think everyone agrees that there are some mushrooms that appear to be dashing, soft, funny and maybe sweet. Also some mushrooms look less attractive, look boring and sometimes don't look beautiful but look unique, it could be because of their rarity or their shape that resembles something else.

And today I share the soft and sweet. Of course this is my assessment, because the assessment is relative. Of course! And the mushroom I'm referring to is Coprinellus disseminatus, or also known as "fairy inkcap" is a species of agaric fungus in the family Psathyrellaceae. And here are some photos:
