Motivación llegara ese día 📘🖊
Hice este pequeño video como un ensayo para probar si podía grabar mientras trotaba y luego decidí convertirlo en un corto motivacional. Llevo ya un buen tiempo sin trotar ni hacer ejercicio regularmente y la verdad, se nota. Mis piernas me pesan como si tuviera bloques en los pies; he subido bastante de peso y lo que antes solía ser un paseo para estirar, ahora se me hace cuesta arriba. Sin embargo, hoy sé que la constancia y la perseverancia pueden llevarme lejos. Ya lo hice una vez y logré hacerlo sin certezas de nada. Hoy, que ya he comprobado que es posible, solo me queda volver a disfrutar del proceso mientras retomo este sendero.
I made this little video as a test to see if I could record while jogging and then decided to turn it into a motivational short film. I haven't been jogging or exercising regularly for quite a while now and it really shows. My legs feel heavy as if I have blocks on my feet; I've put on a lot of weight and what used to be a walk to stretch, now feels like an uphill struggle. However, today I know that perseverance and perseverance can take me far. I did it once before and managed to do it with no certainty of anything. Today, now that I have proven that it is possible, I can only enjoy the process again while I resume this path.
Este era un mensaje de mí para mí mismo, pero lo compartiré con ustedes porque no esperaba que algo tan corto quedara tan bien. Espero que disfruten de este corto y recuerden: solo háganlo, no esperen más.
