I perfectly know the feeling, when I was in high school I was in a track and field club and ran distances of 3km and 5km, even compete international a few times, when I got into University everything change, had to work, few years latter my first son and had no time to train, until about 4 years that I started again slowly and never look back, for me running is one of the best things in life, so simple but so satisfactory for me, thx for sharing ✌️
