Las vitaminas antes mencionadas son: Glucosamina, centrum, calcio-magnesio-zing, hierro con B12 y vitamina e. A parte de esto también soy atleta de Street Workout Community y estoy siendo entrenado por @manuelramos short set entreamiento, también tomo creatina esto para mis entrenamientos.
