Way back in 2011 I collaborated with a good friend to create a comic. It was our interpretation of one of the Journey to the West stories, The Corpse Fiend Thrice Tricks Sanzang. After recently watching Journey to the West 2: The Demons Strike Back, I realised that it was based on the same story! I'm sharing in honour of that and to spread this little creative artifact from my past. This was an interesting project, where I was on backgrounds and effects, and my collaborator Anthony Cheung did layouts and characters.
