I have blogged about how I had stomach flu and I was suggested fish and veggies diet but fresh fish is hard to find in our area of the metropolis and if I do, it is unreasonably expensive. So I am continuing the veggie diet but substituting fish with chicken. For today I had chicken wings. For the veggies I have chopsuey or sauted mixed vegetables.
I am still eating healthy with this and drinking my vitamins and some probiotics for my tummy. I can't stand to be sick again so I am going to stick with this discipline for awhile.
