Climbing the peak of Mount Burni Kleiten 2,930 MPDL.
That morning Saturday, 23/12/2021, the weather was very bright covering the earth of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, at my residence with great enthusiasm, I prepared the needs and equipment to climb the peak of Mount Burni Kleiten in Gayo Land.
I along with some colleagues or friends gathered in one of the places we had previously determined, there we briefed for a moment to plan to our destination with some of the equipment we had prepared as well as food and drinks.
By using the car we went to Mount Burni Kleiten which is in Bintang District, Aceh Tengah Regency, Aceh Province - Indonesia, it took us more than four hours to get to our destination. Before climbing, we first rested in a place that had been provided by the mountain peak guide.
After resting for an hour, we began briefing for a moment with the guide as well as praying for safety together, the equipment and other necessities that had been prepared one by one were transported by friends, one person carried one item to the destination.
Slowly and through extreme paths we conquered Mount Burni Kleiten which has an altitude of 2,930 MPDL, natural beauty, cold weather accompanied by light rain enveloped our journey. The track we were on was also very steep, so it drained our energy, we stopped for a moment to rest. When conquering the track there were so many challenges that we had to go through, the cold weather made it very difficult for us to reach the top of the mountain.
After a long journey that took several hours, we finally arrived at our destination, at the top of Mount Burni Kleiten, there is a charm of the beauty of the extraordinary universe. The activities we do there are camping with friends, burning campfires and so on.
