Fried Yellow Noodles

Materials:

• 1 packet of wet yellow noodles. Clean wash
• 5 pieces of meatballs, cut into pieces
• 3 pieces of sausage, cut into pieces
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 bunch green mustard greens, cut into pieces
• 2 eggs 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce To taste salt, mushroom flavoring, ground pepper, powdered garlic.

step steps:

• Prepare all the ingredients. Set aside

• Heat the pan. Give a little oil. Add the eggs to scramble. Add meatballs, sausages. Stir well. Cook until the sausages and meatballs change color. Enter the carrots and collards. Stir well. Cook until the vegetables are cooked

• Add salt, mushroom flavoring, ground pepper, garlic powder. Stir well. Taste check. Enter the yellow noodles, soy sauce. Stir well. Cook for a while. Serve
