Hola Hivers en esta oportunidad quiero compartirles una postura de yoga qué me gusta mucho, aunque en general las posturas que ameritan fuerza en los brazos me agradan, cuando empecé a profundizar en este asana me enamoré por el significado simbólico de la misma.

Está postura, eka pada koundinyasana, es en honor al Sabio Kaundinya, uno de los primeros discípulos del señor Buda y representa la sabiduría, el enfoque y el equilibrio, cualidades qué se ejercitan en el armado de dicha postura.
This posture, eka pada koundinyasana, is in honor of the Sage Kaundinya, one of the first disciples of Lord Buddha and represents wisdom, focus and balance, qualities that are exercised in the arming of this posture.
