Hello, coffee lovers around the world.
I recently visited the beautiful province of Cienfuegos, known as The Pearl of the South, due to its geographical location and incredible beauty.
This is my third time traveling to Cienfuegos, and to my surprise, the number of coffee shops has increased considerably.

The one I'm going to show you next is called: Cafetería de los Artistas (Artists' Cafe).
As you can see, they don't have a big coffee machine. It's quite small, to be honest. It prepares, at most, 4 cups of coffee at a time. However, I don't know how they manage it, but the service is quite fast.

In addition to coffee (in multiple varieties), they offer drinks and light meals.

However, being a café designed for artists, the main attraction is coffee; and they prepare it very well.

I remember my wife and I had just woken up, and the first thing we said was, "Let's call @restaurador and tell him we're going out for coffee at this café" (Ian was the one who invited us to his hometown of Cienfuegos and told us about this place).
We arrived, and luckily for us, the place was empty.

This time I was craving a mulato coffee. This is coffee sweetened and mixed with condensed milk. It's one of my favorites.

Especially when it's served in transparent cups. You can admire the beauty of the coffee and the condensed milk before they're mixed.

But, to our surprise, we weren't alone. Just when we least expected it, Ian joined us.

The place is beautiful, inside and out. It's open from early morning until the wee hours, as cultural activities (mainly music and literature) take place in these rooms.

One detail that caught my attention was the decoration of this wall, as it was made with pieces of real musical instruments.
This gives the wall a unique beauty and an ambiance perfectly suited to the theme of this café.

Finally, there's the location: right on the edge of Cienfuegos Bay. So, from inside, we can enjoy the view of the sea, its smell, and its sound. It's an enviable view, to be honest.

So maybe that's why they don't need such a big coffee machine. I hope they get one, so they could serve more people at once. However, with that machine, they make exquisite coffee.
Like this coffee, which is for all of you.

The café looks so charming, especially with that artistic wall décor and the bay view. And that mulato coffee sounds amazing! Definitely a lovely spot to relax and enjoy good company 👍
You should try making the mulato in your Home. Is easy!
