Hello, coffee lovers around the world.
To answer this week's prompt, I must tell you about a very special coffee shop: El Miau Café.
When I think of this coffee shop, I'm reminded of the smell of books, since Miau Café is a literary café.
In other words, a coffee shop located inside a bookstore.
The menu is varied enough and of excellent quality.
The place is cool and pleasant. I remember my eyes wandering to the books. I had about four coffees, and for the first few, I was just looking around at the books strategically placed almost everywhere in the cafe, like decorations.
But they were books, after all.
I scanned the area to see if I could find any titles that caught my eye to read while I sipped my coffee.
Another detail I loved was the tableware. It's simply beautiful.
I think I took the most photos of the cups. The set is simply beautiful.
If you ask me, the most impressive thing I heard and smelled wasn't the scent of books mingling with the freshly brewed coffee and the natural light taking center stage.
What I liked most was what I couldn't hear: the people. I was in a room with more than ten customers, and all I could hear was the sound of the coffee machine and the waitresses coming and going.
It's incredible, and I still can't fully comprehend it.
Especially when paired with a good book:)))
