In the spirit of saying our good-byes to the place where we have gone for coffee so many times, @octocel and I decided to go to @lapanetteria thrice during last week. While I am writing this, the place no longer exists. That is a shame. It was no the perfect bakery, but it was a great one to have around. I will miss that coffee. It was so good even being so cheap
How did we go about the end of our times at the bakery? Well, to start off we we went above and on getting our regular cups of coffee. We added some smoothies and puff pastries. It was like having a banquet during the date. The whole deal was also quite cheap as well. It was not more than 15$. That was a treat. And we spent the time talking about how we will miss having such good coffee and also a place where people know I like strong coffee and she likes a lighter kind.
The ham and cream cheese pastries are amazing. Hopefully, there will be a place where another kind of good coffee and pastries are served. The best part was the attention. And the smoothies were also in the right amount of good.
The place will be missed.
Now we need to look for another place to become the regular one for coffee. It will be tough. The place will need to serve some criteria. For example, we have had coffee at the expensive place at the mall. Their black coffee is too acidic. That must mean they do not clean the espresso machine. Maybe it means something else. I wish we had something like a Paramo Cafe around here or some other franchise that could become a staple of the city. It will not be easy. This is a small market and people tend to avoid become regulars at business. There are exceptions to this, but that has to do with the economy of a small city.
Anyways, we are going to start our try outs for the next cafe when she finishes her illustration gig. We cannot do too much as options are limited and there are some that are too far away to even be considered for any other kind of consideration. Wish us luck. If we cannot find a new place to be the regular spot, we might just go about making coffee dates at either my place or hers. And we might get into brewing our own kind of coffee.
That would be interesting but expensive and time consuming.
Anyways, these are the kind of of problems that arise when your regular coffee spot is no longer active.
Did I say it sucks?

It was always a sad thing each time we say goodbye because it also mean goodbye to our favorite coffee shops that sale or favorite coffee.

Oh, que triste ori que la cafetería cerro porque recuerdo haber visto un montón de publicaciones en ese lugar y que lindo que hayan podido transmitirles que les gustaba enormemente los servicios de ellos eso seguramente habrá sido una caricia al alma.
I was very sorry to see that café close. I have lots of photos there. I also think about the employees, who made such good coffee. I managed to take a photo of the process. It stinks and it's very sad.
What sad news, I haven't been to that cafe for a long time, it was also one of my favorites, it's a shame. I hope you find another place where you feel comfortable. Otherwise, having coffee at your friend's house or yours is not the ideal option, but it's part of the solution.
