I am the quixote of my dream...
My dream has always been to have a home coffee shop, where they prepare the best coffee of all. I would use products from the region to establish my own seal.
I would call it: Molinos de viento café. Since I am the Quixote of this dream and could market my own brand of products under the same brand name. I really hope that this will come to fruition one day not too far away.
I would have a space to read and to make artwork and drink coffee.
The name is quite catchy and interesting and the fact that you will have a reading space with make it more comfortable, yes coffee lovers lover relaxing while taking coffee.
I really like the name, when we hear it literature and coffee immediately come to mind. I hope you can achieve your dream and it will surely be a very successful coffee shop.
