Hello friends, Hivers, and coffee lovers. I have been a coffee lover for quite some time. I can't believe it's taken me this long to share my experiences about it right here in the wonderful Cinnamon Cup Coffee community ❤️ Today I tell you what day is my favorite coffee day.
I can't put no other day than Sunday for this. Sunday has that feel of a half day, the last day of the weekend for most. A day where I don't feel rushed. It's not rare for me sit in my nook until almost lunch time with my mug.
I wake up and the first thing I do is start the coffee maker. I don't prepare myself by taken a shower or washing up and I often slip into something comfortable such a shirt and shorts. It's a lazy couple of hours to start the day. Nothing starts until I drink my first sip of coffee from my mug. I like a medium roast coffee and from time to time I'll have it with creamer. Today creamer's choice was white chocolate mocha.
Once a few sips in I will savor the coffee by usually watching television. Today a Star Wars marathon is being shown, I simply took a picture of my television. I'll also check my hive notifications and play some phone games when I draw my attention away from the television.
Sunday is always the day I drink the most coffee. Above was the second refill but not the last, haha. I have been stuck on Dunkin Donuts brand coffee for a few years now. I use to drink Folgers but I like this one better.
Any other day of the week asides from Sunday I make breakfast right away due to having a schedule. I usually make a full breakfast on Sunday. The other days it's pretty simple sometimes just toast maybe with eggs. I don't keep the mug on the stove top I did today to show the drinking doesn't stop even though I'm making some breakfast. The sizzling sound from the pans, the smell of food being cooked goes well taking a sip of coffee here and there. Senses being tested for what lies ahead 😊
Here's my breakfast for today. Two over easy eggs, hash brown, two sausage links, two pieces of multi grain toast and some applesauce with some cinnamon/sugar sprinkled over the top. All the breakfast went down and I'm feeling I had plenty to eat. Sunday breakfast is something I make almost every Sunday. It's just something I look forward to and is probably one of my favorite meals of the week.
I didn't refill the mug before starting to eat but it did get topped off before I finished rest assured. So I had anywhere from 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 mugs of coffee. I don't know what that converts over to measurable cups but is substantially more, haha. It's ok though as Sunday is the only day you can say I overdose on coffee. The other days I just have a mug full or less and sometimes bring a to go mug when I leave the house.
It's really a no brainer for me that Sunday is the day I enjoy and drink the most coffee. It's mostly a relaxing day for me and most of the morning hours is spent with my mug by my side. Do you have a favorite day that you enjoy drinking your coffee the most?

I also like that you remain in comfortable clothing before having your coffee and breakfast. That's what I hate most about having breakfast in a hotel because I have to get dressed and then go for brekkie. I like to be comfortable and wish that I could stroll to the lobby in my pyjamas but I'd never do that 😂
I tried coffee from Dunkin Donuts when I lived in the Philippines, and it was surprisingly amazing. So I started buying their coffee from the local Gaisano supermarket and made it at home in my espresso machine.
I like your breakfast idea here. Is the apple sauce served warm or cold from the jar? I've never thought of having apple sauce with brekkie, is it for the sausage, mainly? We'd have brown sauce here in the UK 😁
You're making my mouth water but it's coming up to 9:30 PM... I just woke up from a late afternoon nap... something that I never do... But I had dinner with red wine, and somehow it made me sleepy😁

Oh its great to write here already, should have done this a long time ago, haha. Oh yes being comfortable in the confines of your own house is nice. I'd rather take the the time to cook than go run out to eat somewhere or bring back home.
It was refrigerated apple sauce that was unsweetened but adding the cinnamon/sugar mix to my liking is a plus. It's just to eat myself 😊 I don't always have applesauce I'll switch it up with an assortment of other fruits. Today I didn't go all out sometimes I do. I do omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast and tons of others things. Breakfast is my thing, haha.

Greetings friend, what a good way to start Sunday where it is fascinating to be able to stop and make coffee to start everything. Furthermore, this breakfast looks powerful and has a very good choice of contours to be able to put together a great plate. Success and may coffee never be missing on Sundays.

Sunday is certainly a good day for relaxation and coffee! They aren’t too common these days for me but that’s ok I also like being on the go with the fam, especially the little man as he’s got so many things he wants to do. Helps keep us young lol.
Looks like a delicious breakfast though man! I might treat the fam to that tomorrow morning! Love eggs and toast with a nice helping of coffee. Even though it’s late at night I want a cup of coffee now lol
Haha I very seldomly drink coffee at times other than the morning.
Oh the little man I'm sure keeps you on your toes mines a little older so I sometimes have a little more time for myself. Spent all day today on a college visit for him. Left at 9 a.m. Just got back home a little bit ago.

Sunday is a special day to do many things and even better when we dedicate this day to start with a cup of the best coffee as God intended. The chocolate mocha is great

Dunkin Donuts coffee is pretty decent and that breakfast combo is also my favorite except sometimes I like biscuits, the southern style and add bacon to it.
Oh yes I also prefer bacon, oh the crispiness 😋 You just reminded me of biscuits and gravy, something I haven't had or made in awhile. I can't remember but I think it was you that I mentioned I do frozen coffee sickles with left over coffee, anyways I need to share that experience 😊 Take care and have a great week ahead. 😄ooh frozen coffee is amazing. I do that once in a while, putting them inside an ice cube tray and have them on the go the next morning.
Oh how I wish I can also drink one😔 but unfortunately, my Dad told me that I shouldn't drink coffee because of health reasons😔.
That's too bad but we do need to adhere to what's best for our bodies.
Oh, my friend! Your Sunday breakfast looks succulent and in your post time is running at a Sunday pace.... However, I heard your mug resonating very clearly and to that leisurely Sunday rhythm was superimposed the rhythm of rock and an explosion of color!

Coffee is life😁. I'm the opposite. I drink coffee on weekdays and refrain from drinking it on Sunday, the reason? I want to sleep🤣. Coffee keeps me awake.😅
I drink all 7 days just more on Sunday, hehe. It's like I need it to function to kick start my day. Thankfully it doesn't keep me awake but I almost always only drink when I get up. So if you drink in morning it affects your sleep when your ready to rest?

No😁. Mostly Sunday morning I sleep. That's why I don't drink coffee. If I drink in the afternoon and cannot sleep at night, then I put the blame on coffee.🤣

Thank you for dropping by. That mug is nearing 20 years old. It was a nice relaxing morning which I needed because today I spent 12 hours taking my son to college visit out of town.

Thanks Amiga it was a relaxing morning. I ended up watching two whole movies and about half of a third The afternoon and some of the evening I did some delivery driving. No fishing but the weather was beautiful here for it. Tomorrow a small road trip for a college visit for my son. Perhaps a possibility for a full ride sports scholarship, save me money 🤑 🤣
