I like that this community not only gives value to coffee, which is present in our lives in its different forms and presentations, but also take into account the aromatic infusions and tea, which in many circumstances we use on a daily basis, of course at my mom's house we drink it daily, but now I'm away from her, I have no one to pamper me like her.
This weekend the little ones of the house started with an allergy, they were just sneezing, which increased as time went by, until their temperature began to rise, a very high fever, as I am far from my mom, I had to go out myself, to look for a place where they sold ginger and lemon, because these teas are health repontenciadores, luckily I just went out to get some copies, I got a good place, so after buying the ingredients I went back home.
The teaching and habits of a mother, allows us with the passing of time to apply those techniques with our offspring, I really saw how my grandmother did it to my mom, and now I have to do it with my daughter, also my nephew, because no matter the size of these children, we will always see them as small, besides seeing them so vulnerable, it breaks your heart into a thousand pieces.
To my surprise, they are still in poor health, today they woke up worse, both my nephew and my daughter, lying in bed, but this morning I will make them a tea, hoping that they will recover, since they start classes, so they will get up with strength, vigor and courage.
The first thing I have to do is to put a quantity of water to heat, while I wash the ginger well, and cut it to let it release its juices, which will give many benefits to my children, regarding the fever, cooling the throat and deflating the respiratory tract.
The lemon is essential not only because it gives better flavor, quite acidic so I put several tablespoons of sugar, since I have no honey, I left it on the fire for a while, then I tasted it, it was quite strong, but with the confidence that it will be good for everyone.
My daughter had a very bad night, but I woke her up with much love and affection, to offer her a cup of tea, she with very little encouragement was ready to take it, because we had to go to meet the obligations of school registration that are required for this time, of course the detail was not only to her liking, but throughout the day you help her for a better recovery.
Me gusta que en esta comunidad no solo se le da valor al café, el cual está presente en nuestras vidas en sus diferentes formas y presentaciones, sino que también toman en cuenta las infusiones aromáticas y el te, las cuales en muchas circunstancias usamos de manera cotidiana, claro en casa de mi mamá lo tomamos a diario, pero, ahora estoy lejos de ella, no tengo quien me consienta cómo ella.
Este fin de semana iniciaron con una alergia los pequeños de la casa, fueron simples estornudos, que aumentaron con el pasar del tiempo, hasta que les empezó a subir la temperatura, una fiebre muy alta les dió, cómo estoy lejos de mi mamá, pues me tocó salir yo misma, a buscar un sitio donde vendieran jengibre y limón, porque estos té, son repontenciadores de la salud, menos mal apenas salí a sacar unos copias, conseguí un buen lugar, así que luego de comprar los ingredientes me regresé a casa.
Las enseñanza y los hábitos de una madre, nos permite con el pasar de tiempo aplicar esas técnicas con nuestra descendencia, de verdad ví como mi abuela se lo hizo a mi mamá, y ahora me toca hacerlo con mi hija, también mi sobrino, porque no importa el tamaño de estos niños, siempres lo veremos cómo los pequeños, además que verlos así de vulnerables, te rompe el corazón en mil pedazos.
Para mí sorpresa, aún están afectados de salud, hoy amanecieron peor, tanto mi sobrino, como mi hija, tirados en una cama, pero está mañana les haré un té, con la esperanza de que se recuperen, ya que inician las clases, así que se levanten con fuerza, vigor y ánimos.
Lo primero que debo hacer es poner una cantidad de agua a calentar, mientras lavo bien el jengibre, y lo corto para dejar que suelte sus jugos, que darán muchos beneficios a mis niños, con respecto a la fiebre, refrescando la garganta y desinflamando las vías respiratorias.
El limón es fundamental no solo porque le da mejor sabor, bastante ácido así que le coloco varias cucharadas de azúcar, ya que no tengo miel, lo deje un rato al fuego, luego lo probé, quedó bastante fuerte, pero con la confianza de que les caerá bien a todos.
Mi hija tuvo muy mala noche, pero la desperté con mucho amor y cariño, para ofrecerle una taza de te, ella con muy poco ánimo se dispuso a tomarlo, pues debíamos ir a cumplir con las obligaciones de inscripción escolar que se requieren para este tiempo, por supuesto que el detalle no solo fue de su agrado, sino que a lo largo del día le ayudas para una mejor recuperación.
