There is nothing richer than enjoying a delicious coffee in our taste buds. For me, starting the day with a good cup of dark coffee is essential.
Without a doubt my favorite morning ritual, the aroma and its incredible flavor.
Although my favorite coffee is espresso, there are days when different cravings come that I can't let go. I left very early to run errands and with a lot of energy, at mid-morning I returned home with an incredible desire for a coffee with milk.
The use of milk in coffee does not have to be to hide defects or disguise the flavor. Espresso and milk go together very well, you can even highlight certain coffee notes when making milk drinks.
I believe that coffee should be drunk the way you like it, and a latte can be a great option if you work with quality ingredients and dedicate the necessary attention and time to its preparation.
On my own, to enjoy it fully, I like it to be very creamy, that is, with its foam on top, to do this I add a cup of black coffee and to the blender, about two measures of quality powdered milk, this is important since it is a totally homemade coffee.
