Hola a todos, espero que hayan tenido un excelente día. Por mi parte, estuvo bastante bonito puesto que en Colombia el 17 de septiembre es el día del amor y la amistad, así que decidimos ir a almorzar para celebrar. Nuestro plan romántico siempre será sushi. Pero después de nuestro increíble almuerzo, nos fuimos directo al centro comercial Oviedo para caminar un poco y averiguar algunas cosas.
Hello everyone, I hope you had a great day. For my part, it was quite nice since in Colombia September 17 is the day of love and friendship, so we decided to go for lunch to celebrate. Our romantic plan will always be sushi. But after our amazing lunch, we headed straight to the Oviedo shopping center to walk around a bit and find out a few things.
Para nuestra gran sorpresa, estaba la feria del café dentro del Oviedo. Esto nos pareció bastante interesante. José y yo decidimos entrar para observar un poco. Desde la entrada estaba muy llamativo con una camioneta roja llena de racimos de plátanos, flores y sacos. Seguimos caminando y estaban expuestos los diferentes métodos para obtener café de distintos países, estaba el de Francia, Estambul, Tokio y Alemania. Eran muy bonitos y estaban protegidos para ser vistos por todos los clientes.
To our great surprise, there was the coffee fair inside Oviedo. We found this quite interesting. José and I decided to go inside to observe a bit. From the entrance it was very conspicuous with a red truck full of bunches of bananas, flowers and sacks. We kept walking and the different methods to obtain coffee from different countries were exposed, there was the one from France, Istanbul, Tokyo and Germany. They were very pretty and protected to be seen by all customers.
Los métodos expuestos eran una maravilla. La atención en el sitio fué increíble. Este evento ofrecía actividades en torno al café y al chocolate. Lo cual es una maravilla para todos esos amantes del café y del chocolate. Un bonito plan para probar los distintos tipos de café y ver las distintas formas de prepararlo. Todo estaba muy bien organizado en el sitio. Así que continuamos caminando y habían muchas sorpresas para los invitados desde café gratis a elegir hasta chocolate y postres con chocolate para obsequiar.
The exposed methods were wonderful. The attention on the site was incredible. This event offered activities around coffee and chocolate. Which is wonderful for all those coffee and chocolate lovers out there. A nice plan to try the different types of coffee and see the different ways of preparing it. Everything was very well organized on the site. So we kept walking and there were many surprises for the guests from free coffee to choose from to chocolate and chocolate desserts to give away.
Habían muchas marcas de café en venta. Tendrías para elegir de cualquier tipo y de todos los precios. Incluso los conseguías en grano e instantáneo. Una exposición muy bonita que mostraba el proceso para obtener el café con ejemplos. Desde la siembra en semilleros. Definitivamente fuí feliz, no quería irme de aquí. Quería recorrer todo y observar todo lo que estaban vendiendo. Hasta que llegó el momento más importante cuando íbamos caminando y una chica se nos acerca para ofrecernos degustación del café Oma Expreso dónde nos puso a elegir entre Capuchino y Americano.
There were many brands of coffee for sale. You would have to choose from any type and at all prices. You even got them in grain and instant. A very nice exhibition that showed the process to obtain the coffee with examples. From sowing in seedbeds. I was definitely happy, I didn't want to leave here. I wanted to walk around and look at everything they were selling. Until the most important moment arrived when we were walking and a girl approached us to offer us a tasting of the Oma Express coffee where she put us to choose between Cappuccino and Americano.
Por supuesto nosotros elegimos capuchino y la verdad es que es uno de los mejores que he probado en toda mi vida. La chica nos explicó que la degustación lo preparan con el expreso de su marca y la verdad es que quería llevarme un paquete pero recordé que no tengo en casa como molerlo. Por otro lado había un mini supermercado donde vendían todas las marcas. Una chica se me acercó y me ofreció galletas marca Tosh para dar a conocer más un tipo de galletas que casi no tiene ventas, querían que esté producto llegará más a los clientes.
Of course we chose cappuccino and the truth is that it is one of the best I have ever tasted in my life. The girl explained to us that they prepare the tasting with their brand's espresso and the truth is that I wanted to take a package with me but I remembered that I don't have a way to grind it at home. On the other hand there was a mini supermarket where they sold all the brands. A girl approached me and offered me Tosh brand cookies to make more known a type of cookies that has almost no sales, they wanted this product to reach more customers.
Todo lo que probaba estaba delicioso. En otros lados me ofrecieron chocolates de unas marcas que no conocía pero que definitivamente compraría puesto que estaban increíbles. Había café a buen precio marca Carulla donde te obsequiaban una taza de café por la compra del mismo. Por otro lado la marca Ferrero te obsequiaba un postre y un chocolate extra por la compra de sus productos en cualquier presentación. Sentía que quería llevarlo todo.
Everything I tried was delicious. In other places they offered me chocolates of some brands that I did not know but that I would definitely buy since they were incredible. There was Carulla brand coffee at a good price where they gave you a free cup of coffee for buying it. On the other hand, the Ferrero brand gave you a dessert and an extra chocolate for the purchase of its products in any presentation. I felt like I wanted to take it all.
Los precios y las pruebas estaban increíbles. En Colombia hay muy buenas marcas de café. La pasé genial y comí muchos chocolates y tomé delicioso café. Ya casi empezaba la presentación de preparación de otras marcas para su degustación, pero no pudimos quedarnos más tiempo. Sin embargo, la pasamos increíble. The prices and the tests were incredible. In Colombia there are very good brands of coffee. I had a great time and ate lots of chocolates and had delicious coffee. The presentation of preparation of other brands for tasting was almost beginning, but we couldn't stay longer. However, we had an amazing time. This was all for today, I hope you liked it. Wow, I would really love visiting such an event. You can dive in every aspect of coffee, from growing the plants, through the processing of the ripe fruits and finally the variety of methods of brewing coffee. That’s brilliant! And I bet there really were some beautiful coffees to be enjoyed.
There was delicious coffee. I loved it all of them. Definitely, it was a great event. This was amazing for me. I think I'll go again tomorrow jajaja.

What a nice experience! I would love to visit something like that especially in Colombia. I have no doubt the coffee there tasted amazing. Maybe I am just biased but I definitely prefer latin america coffee than other coffee😃
The event was unbelievable. I drank a lot of coffee and ate different types of chocolate. It was a unique experience. Hahahaha.
