Hello, happy day, my dear friends, coffee lovers and lovers of all those drinks we love prepared with this beautiful hot or cold brown substance that serves us all daily. It's one of the most consumed beverages in the world. It's a pleasure for me to be able to show you this phase of the barista courses I've been training in.
As I've told you before, my husband and I lead a barista academy brand here, a school where we train a certain number of students monthly, and this time I decided to take the course.
Today I want to share with you how I was making different types of drinks with my two classmates. We took this course on Sundays because the day of the week was complicated for us, and this opportunity opened up. We all agreed and were able to take the course. For this education, we were able to make several types of drinks here, calibrating the coffee, measuring the parts of dairy products, and creating all these delicious drinks that they taught us in the workshop.
.
Mastering the art of making coffee goes far beyond just preparing a traditional drink at home. When we work behind an espresso bar, one of the things that we saw in the workshop that was explained to us is that this is something valuable since for a person, coffee is not just a simple drink that you can have, but it goes beyond that. Because it allows you to even have a meeting, a sharing, a party, an event, whatever its theme, coffee is always present. In fact, here in my city where I live, it is currently very trendy to bring carts or portable coffee bars to events, just as it is to create a candy table. Currently, it is in fashion to create a mobile coffee bar and take them to events and anyone who makes the schedule, definitely coffee goes with everything.
So on this occasion, this day of practice, we were measuring the quantities of milk glazes, what is the dairy part, the espresso and several of the components and elements that are used to accompany the base, which is the coffee, from here we started to create the different recipes that were given to us in the workshop, some of which include, apart from the drink, condensed milk, chocolate, caramel, cocoa, vanilla, and even a touch of liquor, these are some of the basic components that are used to prepare these delicious drinks.
In the next post, I'll be sharing some of the recipes they gave me so you can appreciate at least one and see how one of the drinks they gave us in the workshop is made. That way, who knows, you might be able to make it at home.
There is something super important that I would like to highlight: being Bari goes way beyond just preparing a drink, because you have to follow protocol labels and even a good presentation of the product so that the person who receives it, whether in a coffee shop or even at your home, more than just seeing the coffee can appreciate the aroma, its presentation, even your texture, and even the smile with which you serve it. All of this plays a fundamental role so that drinking coffee is not simply about bringing a drink to your mouth, but rather creating a complete experience.

Here my classmates and I were very happy to receive all this class and well I hope that this time you liked this post And if you see something interesting or want to share something interesting with me I am here attentive.
