A greeting for my friends from #CinnamonCupCoffee.
I feel that everything that arises around coffee brings good vibes. In this meeting with my friend @neysi71, I thought I would surprise her with my beautiful grapes and some branches of rosemary; however, I was surprised by her pleasant company and the presence of other friends: @maylink, @daddyvaldes and @elviguitarra. @neysi71 brought a very special gift for me: a packet of Cuban Coffee.
Cuban coffee is a legacy that perfumes history. It is not an endemic plant, but it has been welcomed as one of the most beloved. Its prestige is undeniable, well-known in the Café Cubita brand. In the mountain crops, the most beautiful and varied stories are woven.
Cuban coffee possesses a nectar with an intense body and an intoxicating aroma, with a point of acidity that distinguishes it. I was able to enjoy all these flavors and properties with this coffee that I have received with so much affection.
A few days ago I felt very curious when I read a post by @claudiocruz about Cuban Coffee; drinking it was a yearning and my friend gratifies me unexpectedly.
I almost did it as a ritual: I chose the coffee maker that allows me to achieve a better espresso.
The aroma is intoxicating and its color is brownish. I chose the cup with Cuban motifs and to the first brew I added sugar and cinnamon; with the manual whisking I made the foam that I like so much.
While the hot water begins to rise, an intense and familiar aroma begins to invade the kitchen, a smell that is like an alarm clock for my senses. Pouring the freshly made coffee into my favorite cup is an act of pause.
The first sip is always the best; I take it hot, almost burning, and I feel its robust and slightly bitter flavor running down my throat.
That moment of stillness with this small luxury, which I will surely share with friends, neighbors, and family, makes me give my appreciation about the design or presentation of Cuban Coffee. We Cubans are not used to products with elaborate packaging, which leads me to think that it was not made with the Cuban as a consumer in mind. Whatever its destination may be, the design does not seem attractive to me; it does not correspond with the spectacular product it contains.
Even so, I join the 510th celebration of Santiago de Cuba and I applaud this being one of the ways to celebrate, and I am very grateful to @neysi71 for the kindness. Every cup is an authentic luxury that reminds us of the value of friendship and authentic flavor, and this first cup, alone in the morning silence, is the fuel to start my day.

Café Cubano: Un encuentro con el sabor y la amistad
Un saludo para mis amigos de #CinnamonCupCoffee.
Siento que todo lo que surge alrededor del café trae buenas vibras. En este encuentro con mi amiga @neysi71, creí sorprenderla con mis hermosas uvas y algunas ramas de romero; sin embargo, fui sorprendida con su grata compañía y la presencia de otros amigos: @maylink, @daddyvaldes y @elviguitarra. @neysi71 traía un obsequio muy especial para mí: un sobre de Café Cubano.
El café cubano es un legado que perfuma la historia. No es una planta endémica, pero ha sido acogida como una de las más queridas. Su prestigio es innegable, muy conocido en la marca Café Cubita. En los sembrados de las montañas se tejen las más hermosas y variadas historias.
El café cubano posee un néctar de cuerpo intenso y aroma embriagador, con un punto de acidez que lo distingue. Todos estos sabores y propiedades los pude disfrutar con este café que he recibido con tanto cariño.
Hace unos días sentí mucha curiosidad cuando leí un post de @claudiocruz sobre el Café Cubano; beberlo era un anhelo y mi amiga me complace inesperadamente.
Casi lo hice como un ritual: elegí la cafetera que me permite lograr un mejor espresso.
El aroma es embriagador y su color es parduzco. Elegí la taza con motivos cubanos que me regaló mi amigo Osmany Mayo y a la primera colada le agregué azúcar y canela; con el batido manual hice la espuma que tanto me gusta.
Mientras el agua caliente comienza a subir, un aroma intenso y familiar empieza a invadir la cocina, un olor que es como un despertador para mis sentidos. Verter el café recién hecho en mi taza favorita es un acto de pausa.
El primer sorbo es siempre el mejor; lo tomo caliente, casi quemando, y siento su sabor robusto y ligeramente amargo recorriendo mi garganta.
Ese instante de quietud con este pequeño lujo, que de seguro compartiré con amigos, vecinos y familia, me hace dar mi apreciación sobre el diseño o presentación de Café Cubano. Los cubanos no estamos acostumbrados a los productos con envases elaborados, por lo que me inclino a pensar que no se hizo pensando en el cubano como consumidor. Sea cual sea el destino, el diseño no me parece atractivo; no está en correspondencia con el espectacular producto que contiene.
Aún así, me sumo al festejo 510 de Santiago de Cuba y aplaudo que esta sea una de las maneras de festejar, y agradezco grandemente a @neysi71 la gentileza. Cada taza es un lujo auténtico que hace recordar el valor de la amistad y el sabor auténtico, y esta primera taza, sola en el silencio de la mañana, es el combustible para iniciar mi día.

Lo más hermoso que tiene el café es lo mucho que cambia siendo siempre el mismo en la base. En dependencia de las variedades y su mezcla, la forma de prepararlo y servirlo, o las muchas adiciones que le podemos hacer, el café puede presentarse al paladar bajo una variedad asombrosa sin perder su identidad.
El café es un microcosmos de posibilidades del surco a la taza, siempre el mismo y siempre novedoso.
Así es, una bebida como el chocolate, parte de una semilla y es un resultado espectacular
