The Iconic Pour Over Method

IMG_6396.JPG

Are you interested in making your coffee? Yet you're not sure where to begin?

Making your coffee refers to brewing your own rather than purchasing a pack of instant coffee and simply adding hot water.

Well, I just have a brewer just for you!

The brewing method that I'm about to tell you about is the pour-over method. This brewing method is great for starters who love to experience brewing and is one of the oldest and fastest methods way back in the 1900s before World War 1.

("Flash Brew" Iced coffee Japanese style)

People nowadays are still using this brewing method to achieve aromatic and balanced flavors when compared to other manual brewing methods. What sets pour-over apart is that there are many different innovative techniques and recipes that you can come up with in the comfort of your home, creating a different experience every day or just wanting to have the same cup as yesterday.

What we have at Stoked Brews Coffee Co. during pop-ups is the V60 dripper. It was invented by the Hario Company in Japan in 1921. We chose this dripper because of its shape, grooves, and simplicity, which can help us achieve optimum quality extraction for you and your friends' experience of a cup of coffee in a home away from home.

Bring your friends and have a v60 pour-over experience with us at the Wworkshop.studio located at #3 Molave street Kasambangan, Cebu City.
Our pop-up schedules are every Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 3 p.m to 7 p.m.

Comment down below what is your favorite brewing method and how is your experience brewing it. I would love to here it from you too!
