Even with the CPAP, his breathing still stops for about 15 seconds at a time
Interesting to know that some of us stop breathing for that long, on average how long does one stop breathing during sleep?
I have never had Cinnamon in my Coffee, am sure going to try it out one of these days.

Its complicated Joe. Usually people that snore loud have higher probability of restricted breathing during sleep. I say "sleep apnea" so many times the past few years, talk about it at work every night. Its disordered breathing when asleep. Symptoms are loud snoring, restlessness, fatigue. If youre young and in good shape you are probably ok.
Unfortunately with more weight, or big neck, probability is that the issue arises.
This particular patient had a version of sleep apnea, where he just completely stops breathing often. Often is the problem. Although we all may do so once in a while, usually the moment that we first fall asleep. Its like a hesitation. A transition from wake to sleep, and a balancing of the bodys oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Thanks for your interest man. Im still awake !LOL, trying to shut down soon.
