Today, after several small-scale attempts, I share with you my frapuchino recipe, which I love
4 tablespoons of powdered milk,
One cup of espresso coffee,
one ounce of coffee liqueur (Tía Maria in my case)
A sachet of soluble coffee
A dash of vanilla essence
4 spoonfuls of sugar
Meringue for mixing
To decorate use a cookie and chocolate eggs.
Ice to taste
In the mixer add the coffee, the powdered milk, the ounce of coffee liqueur, the soluble coffee and the dash of vanilla essence and the sugar, beat until all the ingredients are integrated and there are no lumps, then add the ice and continue mixing until it becomes a cream or a frozen drink pleasant to the eye
We add it in a glass leaving a space before filling to fill with meringue and garnish with chocolate eggs and a cookie of your choice (sweet).
For me a rich, sweet drink and with a necessary ingredient in my life as is coffee, maybe other things I may lack in my pantry but not coffee, whether frapuchino, bonbon, espresso or cut one of the things I enjoy most is to drink a good cup of coffee

Hola amigos amantes del cafè que es más gratificante para un amante del café en un día de verano aunque confieso estamos en unos días terribles de frío que hacer un rico frapuchino para alegrar el alma.
En el día de hoy y después de varios intentos a pequeña escala les comparto mi receta de frapuchino que de antemano les digo que me encantó.
4 cucharadas de leche en polvo,
Una taza de café expreso,
una onza de licor de café (Tía Maria en mi caso)
Un sobrecito de café soluble
Un chorrito de esencia de vainilla
4 cucharadas de azúcar
Merengue para mezclar
Para decorar utilice una galleta y huevitos de chocolate.
Hielo al gusto.
En la batidora añadí el café, la leche en polvo la onza de licor de café, el café soluble y el chorrito de esencia de vainilla y la azúcar, batir hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes y no exista grumos, seguidamente adicionamos el hielo y seguimos mezclando hasta que se haga una crema o una bebida frozen agradable a la vista.
Lo añadimos en un vaso dejando un espacio antes de llenar para rellenar con merengue y adornamos con huevitos de chocolate y una galleta de tu elección(dulce).
Para mi una bebida rica, dulce y con un ingrediente necesario en mi vida como es el café, quizás otras cosas me pueden faltar en mi despensa pero no el café, ya sea frapuchino, bombón, expreso o cortado una de las cosas que más disfruto yo es el beber una buena taza de café.
