the small family businesses... we find in these coffee shops is that the coffee prices are more affordable

That's interesting because where I'm from it's generally the opposite. Chains are usually cheaper and family business are more expensive. The small businesses are usually more artisinal with a better quality product that they sell for higher prices or they just can't buy the volume of coffee that the big chains can to get it for such reduced prices.
