We recently got a new espresso machine so my daily coffee routine takes a little longer these days. It's totally worth it though. The coffee is much better than the drip filter coffee I drank before.

Here, in Bulgaria, people often call bean-to-cup machines as “robots”. That’s why I used this term 😁
But really, the extra time cost pays off with the extra taste. I think when you establish a solid brewing technique, you can reduce the preparation time a lot. I sometimes take a lot of unnecessary steps, but they make my experience better and more pleasurable.
Yeah I agree that the added time is worth it in the end
