Oh, I bet your friend would love it. The coffee encyclopedia is something I'd recommend too. I just haven't had the chance to find the copy but once I do, I'd make another review. I usually add a dash of salt to bitter coffee and used to spiced up my low quality coffee with sprinkles of brown sugar but cinnamon sounds good too!
