It’s been a while, people of Hive! I’ve never posted for a while noe for the reason that I really wanted to spend my December with my family and my december schedule was actually so packed–from christmas parties, Red Cross Deployment, and Campings.Actually, as I’m writing this, i still have that new year fever, gladly, I still have 3 days before the classes starts again! So before I become stressed with school work and organization stuff, let me first share to you another Cafe blog!
My friend and I decided to visit Cafe Cielli which is located here inLot 2, Brgy, Area 3 C.V. Ramos St, Bacolod, 6100 Negros Occidental. I saw a lot of posts about this coffee shop from different social media platforms like facebook, tiktok, and instagram. Some of the people that I know also went to this place since it was famous for its aesthetic looking place. It was such a nice and minimal place, it was also a good thing that we went there in the morning because there are not a lot of people yet since I’ve seen in their facebook account that most of the time, the place is packed with people. You can also feel the christmas season there because of their christmas decorations which adds beauty to it. Overall, Cafe Cielli's atmosphere was refreshing, its elegant minimalism lulling us into a state of relaxation. The establishment was transformed into a merry paradise by the attractive decorations that accentuated the allure of the Christmas season.
We just ordered two matcha lattes for each of us and cookies and cheesecake. The matcha lattes, which are a favorite among enthusiasts, demonstrated a deft balance—they were flavorful but not overpowering. For someone who is just getting into matcha, the mild intensity made it possible to appreciate the goodness of the green tea gradually, which was a welcome surprise. A taste that would appeal to both matcha novices and connoisseurs, Cafe Cielli's version was a monument to the skill of moderation.
Not only did their matcha taste amazing, but their cheesecake also made our taste buds dance. The cheesecake at Cafe Cielli is a delectable masterpiece, and I wholeheartedly endorse it. It is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious treat to go along with their coffee experience because of its velvety texture and great flavor profile, which left a lasting impression.
I can't help but be grateful for the break from the chaos of December as I relish the memories of that morning at Cafe Cielli. These peaceful times turn into priceless gems with the prospect of approaching academic difficulties. Take a trip to Cafe Cielli if you're ever in Negros Occidental and enjoy a taste of bliss and a sip of tranquility. It's a worthwhile experience. If someone asked if I wanted to return, I would be thrilled to. From their delicious foods and calming place, it’s a good place to relax after a stressful week.
