I think croissants with sweet such as chocolate is more popular, however, I prefer savoury always. I will have my plan with butter, and probably a little cheese.
In the Philippines, I used to order a croissant egg sandwich with coriander, mustard and bacon. It was delightful.
That croissant o your plate seemed to have a thicker crust, but I like the filling.
I agree that it would be a good idea for the shop to offer different types of coffee such as cappuccino or lattes.

True, I also think that it depends on the customer or the moment, because in the morning it is always better to have a croissant in the morning.
And with egg and bacon? if I see it in a store I will try it, because I love that combination especially if the egg has a touch of fried garlic, and the mostasa is a good flavor enhancer.
