Lol, here it's regular to have in the winter degrees below 0°C in the day, lets say -5. But I think it goes even colder than this. Hopefully I should try your suggestion. I lpve cloves, it doesnt have to be winter haha. But how do you add in the clove within the coffee?

I use the French press to add one whole clove. When using my moka pot, I add one clove in the upper chamber and let it infuse for 6-7 min
