I've had a buzy time again but now that I'm writing this, I realize that somehow I'm always buzy-shhhh? π€π₯΄

Well, anyways, let's talk about COFFEEEEEEEEEEE! βοΈβοΈ
First time I posted in the community, I thought to start sharing what I'm about to share now with this post, but somehow the plan changed as I didnt have enough photos.
I use to call it Cacao Cappuccino Coffee βοΈ
What is cacao cappuccino, you wonder?
Well, its just an espresso with foamed milk and dark cacao on top!
I hope I'm not mistaking calling it a cappuccino because sometimes I'm not sure about it. But looking at the propprtions, I would say this is a third part espresso, third part steamed milk and a very generous layer of milk foam on top! Perfection. βοΈ
I think this way of having coffee is what chocolate lovers would be happy to enjoy, but not adding cacao or chocolate syrup or other derivates! The dark cacao on top is just enough!

The sprinkle of cacao adds a touch of sweetness and a delightful chocolatey aroma, making each sip a satisfying experience. When I'm at home and have coffee, I just cant drink it without the cacao on top.π

Discovering my love for coffee has become a personal joy. I dont feel being addicted, just genuinely enjoying the taste. It's like a comforting ritual. I dont enjoy black coffee or without milk. I won't drink it this way, which makes me believe I'm not yet addicted to coffee.
However, I enjoy Coffee Sugar Free. I dont need sugar in my coffee. I can't enjoy a cup of coffee being sweet, or too sweet. It doesnt make me feel good.
I'm not saying I wouldnt enjoy a cup of coffee adding a bit of sweetness sometimes. I enjoy this as well, but its not something I usually do.

I have a Solis Sage Barista Espresso Machine.
My husband bought it five yrs ago. I wasnt interested in coffee, not at all. That time I didnt drink coffee, at all. Not even one/year.
But I love this espresso machine. It does the job pretty well. It's a manual espressor, the Solis brand being made in Switzerland.

Buzy day?? When I drink coffee?βοΈ
If I dont have a buzy day or need a bit of relax or simply I want to slowly start enjoying my day, I drink my coffee while making puzzle or playing chess with my 5 yrs old.
This is our routine lately.
Sometimes, I drink coffee only two or three hours after waking up, before noon or randomly, when I feel like.
I dont drink it right after I wake up. I like to enjoy it, not drinking it in the rush. Plus, I dont feel drinking coffee right away.
I sometimes have herbal tea or green tea, lemon water, a green juice, my Athletic Greens shake, electrolytes water or simply water.

It looks yummy and I'm sure it is, I don't have a preference for coffee, for me all coffee is fine but if given the choice I'll go for Turkish coffee then Latte with caramel, and your cacao cappuccino is now added to to my must try list.
Hmm...coffee at your place seems like an awesome experience, and so it should be.
For me, coffee is a bit of an experience rather than something I do because I like it...Meaning, I like to have a moment with it, to enjoy it (and the moment) and find some significance in it no matter how small.

Well, I started to drink coffee only last year, and it started exactly for the reason you mentioned. I was drinking coffee only in vacations, weekends, coffee places, and only with friends. It was something I would hav3 done ocassionally, when there was happening something more apart than our daily stuff and routine at home. I wouldnt chose a coffee if I was by myself somewhere. I was more like a Graphefruit or Orange Fresh type of girl.
Now its 50%-50% π .
But I do uderstand what you're saying. I dont enjoy a coffee on the rush. I like to have a moment. Sometimes I prefer not having one in these circumstances.

If I never drank coffee again I'd be ok with it, I'm not a slave to it, but I enjoy it as described in my last comment and it's nice to share with the right person to...the moment. You know?
So...50/50 now hey? Well, it seems like coffee is gaining some ground and may just take over. π«£
Hmmm.... I dont know what to say about that, I guess we'll see with time passing by. Lets just hope it stays that way. π
I actually dont mind 50-50 chosing between a coffee, tea, juice, mineral or plain water, etc. It depends on the mood, day, place, the person I'm with.
Sometimes I may chose seven other drinks than coffe on a row.
I also dont feel I'm addicted to coffee nor the taste of it (however I love how coffee tastes a with a cappuccino - no black coffee for me) and I can go one month without if I'd want to.
I'm a macchiato coffee drinker, espresso and sometimes a long black with a dash of milk. Ok, sometimes I have a cappuccino. π
Well, I thought so (to prefer espresso). Usually men drink it exactly this way, the way you mentioned.

Sometimes I agree with that, sometimes I don't, but in the case of the coffee I don't want to know too much about recipes and techniques. So I don't know if what you're drinking is really a cappuccino, but it's very similar. It's a cappuccino for the ladies this one with cocoa or chocolate flavors. I'm thinking someone might say that any kind of cappuccino is a woman's drink... I've been drinking cappuccino only for a few years now and but I think it's too late to change, haha...
I really like your Solis Sage Barista Espresso Machine! It has a vintage shape. I have an automatic, modern, capsule-operated one and it doesn't make me too happy but it has an advantage. It forces me to go a few times a week to my favorite coffee shop, where the baristas are my friends and I drink the best cappuccino for my taste. It's also extra large, about twice the size of your cup.

The photo on the end was first photo taken this year. Its one of the six I took then π . If one could say I was dreamy I was maybe...reflecting on the year it has just passed and the year is about to come.

I dont care much either if this is a cappuccino or a latte. π its just perfect, thats important β₯οΈ.
I dont think a cappuccino is a ladies thing...though some say it and believe it. I know men who drink coffee since forever and they preffer cappuccino. If you dont have a problem with milk, I dont see it why not. Its maybe more easy to take in, or simply because they prefer a milder taste. But yes, men usually drink espresso, a flat white or a long coffee.
The Solis is an older version, but its similar with what they have now on the market. My husband wanted this manual espresso machine. He did his research years back and said its a good option to enjoy a coffee at home. I dont know. I am not the one who research for days π€£, he is. Now I am happy for it. I think that going out for a coffee makes your days better and happier, makes you enjoy your day, and plus forces you to take a walk, if walking ofc.

Well, at the end and the beginning of the year, yes, your thoughts are much more complex than those dreaming of a seaside holiday.
I have also been drinking cappuccino for a few years now.
This manual espresso machine I think is a good choice and worth the time spent finding it.
It would seem that some people do not understand how hard it is to search for something on the net, many offers come to you, and you have to look for information and reviews, which are often antagonistic and more confusing than helpful. It's hard to make a decision. So you have to be happy that someone else is doing the work.
I have the same problems with replying to comments... and that's not productive. Pretty much everyone expects replies as soon as possible, otherwise they do not read or reply.
Yes, totally agree. Its hard these days and dont know what and how to trust buying all kind of products. I am myself same way as my husband at times, its just that he's way much better than me.
I try to reply as soon as possible too, but sometimes other things come at first and then I lose it.
The important thing is that we sometimes manage and enjoy exchanging a few words with people we like.

I was fascinated by all the photos with the coffees, you have an art in you, you should seriously think about taking a Barista course. The coffee you make is a variety of cappuccino. To not like coffee, you have a good appreciation of it, that's good.
A barista course sounds interesting βΊοΈπ but I dont think so. Though I watched a few videos on the topic from youtube π π.

Professional tasters prefer coffee without sugar, they say that sugar loses the essence of the coffee. I drink my coffee with a little sugar, I don't get used to drinking totally bitter coffee.

Well, maybe I am a professional taster lol π without even know. But I do add milk so it diluates the bitter taste of coffee!
My machine is quite old, I mean its an older version and it wasnt too expensive as it looks because when we bought it it wasnt the newest version on the market π . Sometimes it isnt a big difference compared an older version with a new one. But its a good machine!
