Thats very interesting and a little sad that all the best coffee that Colombia produces goes for export. AS a kid, I hated the ssmell of freshly ground coffee, there was a shop in my local town that ground coffee to sell and i couldn;t even walk pasot the plavce without wretching at the stench. these days, I love the smell. I;ve always found that grinding my own coffee was always a bit weak but perhaps I should try again, I'd love the house to smell of freshly ground coffee to go with my breadmaking!
