Is this for Wildflour? What a steal then! I only know Abaca pastries goes on 50% off 30 minutes before closing time.
Actually most high-end bakery shops do that. :). They don't just publicize it, but I think it's standard practice because they can only sell fresh. So around near closing time, they better sell it at a discount rather than discard it.
