We are in one of the most special months of the year where we commemorate International Coffee Day. Taking advantage of the fact that everyone at home is a lover of this exquisite beverage and added to the warm weather that has been presenting, I have decided to prepare a cold and refreshing caffeine drink.
My children, seeing the activity in the kitchen preparing coffee instead of something as mundane as food, immediately ran to join me. They were so excited, I could see that mischievous look and smile in their eyes that said, "I'm expecting an exquisite result." As always, I see these moments as a unique family moment.

Although I am aware that coffee is not a completely healthy drink for children, I decided to adjust the drink by increasing the amount of milk and softening it with just a touch of foamy coffee flavor. We know that milk is rich in vitamins and calcium for all of us who consume it, while my husband and I, who love coffee, inverted the proportions to have an unforgettable experience.
This way, we were able to maintain the intensity and characteristic aroma that makes us fall in love with its delicious flavor more and more every day. And there we were, all in the kitchen, lovingly and carefully preparing and transferring the drinks into their corresponding containers so that the combination of flavors, the foamy coffee, the ice, and the coldness of the milk could be fully appreciated.

Adding to this experience were some slices of pineapple cake we had refrigerated in the fridge, left over from a small birthday celebration for my youngest son. It was a simple moment, yet one filled with great meaning. Coffee always becomes the perfect excuse to get together, talk, laugh, and capture moments that my children will remember and we will keep in our hearts.
And you know what I love about drinking coffee? It's not just its aroma, nor just the pleasure of its contact with my palate. It's that this beverage allows me to pause and appreciate, amidst the daily grind, what's truly essential in life. I've always told you that for me, coffee isn't just a beverage; it's a space for sharing, where I take the opportunity to be grateful and celebrate those small, unforgettable moments in life.

That's why today, as I enjoyed this drink, I couldn't help but feel grateful for my family, for another day of life, and for that small space that allows me to reach out and connect with my beloved and cherished family over coffee.
The ritual of making coffee in the morning is the perfect moment when I pause to thank God for allowing me to breathe, for the privilege of being able to taste this rich flavor, to smell its exquisite aroma, and above all, for having the wonderful opportunity to gather memories, to see the present, and to continue forging family ties.

Ultimately, this is my family's celebration of the international day of the beverage that accompanies us at all times: my delicious coffee.
I thank you in advance for dedicating part of your valuable time to read my work and may God multiply the support you give to my publication. Blessings.

My children do drink coffee sometimes but it was mixed with much milk. Sometimes they really asked me to allowed them to drink my coffee but I SAID NO.
Yes, as mothers, we always tend to reduce their coffee consumption by giving them lots of milk.
Thank goodness you don't let them consume the same proportion of your dose.

Thank you very much, dear community, for always opening your doors to me.
A big hug, I loved sharing this international day with you.
Oh, in my family, we were also introduced to the world of coffee at a very early age. But my grandmother was a heavy metal coffee drinker and would give me very strong coffee. Maybe that's why I still jump when I get a scare, haha.
I'm glad you all look happy. Happy International Coffee Day! ☕️❤️
Thank you very much for your kind visit.
Grandmothers definitely leave a great legacy in terms of coffee consumption for future generations. I also have many stories to tell about this.
Best regards and a big hug.
My daughter loves coffee once in a while
We must be very careful with the amount of coffee children drink.
Thank you for your kind visit.
