Coffee and Yoga.

Power has the power to create bonds,
I bring you this simple experience combining coffee and yoga. After having inaugurated the Blockchain Art exhibition of the Hivers of Hivecuba. We shared a cup of coffee, which we had bought to toast in this event held in the Diversity Room.
We shared the first cup with much enthusiasm and joy:
We were inspired by this energizing drink, which ran through our bodies like a raging river,
Jet as the night immersed us in pleasure, refining every cell of the palate,
Activating every hidden sensation, in our brain
Making a smile intoxicate us, like a country breeze.

This is what the first toast in this gathering transmitted to me. Then we started the staging with yoga exercises, given by the teacher @saraleon, sharing her peculiar and unique style of taking our consciousness to limbo and making our body and mind a balanced whole.

My body experienced indescribable sensations. I felt so relaxed that I almost fell asleep at some points. She transmits a lot of positive energy. Among the members of the class were @lileisabel, @ylaffitep, @jordy and his little girl, @viltredeltoro, the president of the room our dear Marta and one of her classmates.

After finishing, of course we did another coffee brew to finish harmonizing the body and record this exercise and experience in coffee.
