Neurothemis tullia, widely known as the Pied Paddy Skimmer, is one of the most striking dragonflies you can find! The dramatic black-and-white patterns on its wings look completely unique compared to other species. You did a fantastic job spotting it resting on that leaf in the afternoon sun.
