There is a six foot rise and fall of tide .. Today is about halfway between high and low tide ....
Up the stairs is always tough but I guess your good moments before that make up for it.

I love this quiet uncrowded beach you keep going to. Seems like having a chair right there to sit down, watch the beach, meditate, smoke or something would be exactly heavenly.
Woooh, those stairs, man. Walking up those stairs would surely fire up the legs. But would be great for a workout.
Reason why there are few people is the land along the shore is privately owned. Anyone can walk along the shore up to the high water mark but there are few places for public access.
Stairs are in pretty good shape but are made of wood so need maintenance ...

I love cliff! But most of all I love the photo of cliff in cloudy weather, it makes it epic.
