Hey there everyone, I hope that you're well and able to get out and about to capture life as it is seen through your eyes!
So on a really hot, bright, sunny day for my BIG birthday bash back in October/November 2022, for the first time in my life, I went to the famous Rocks area at Circular Quay, which is across the Quay, directly opposite the Opera House and is the oldest part of this historic City.
I booked myself on a guided walking tour of the Rocks by the wonderful Sofi and was able to captures some stylised scenes of the historic district in Sydney- the hub of international travel and commerce since the beginning.
As you can see, the place is an extreme combination of seriously narrow alleys dwarfed by a diverse array of tall, narrow historic buildings, so I was able to captures these sights using some innovative techniques and got some great angles.
I also had no choice really and had to think outside the box to get these shots and be very quick about it as Sophie was on a mission to show us all as much as she could within the short 90 minutes.
I Love the combination of styles here- both in the architectural details of these buildings and the photographs too!
